We currently ship only to West Malaysia. Shipping to East Malaysia and Singapore will be available soon.
Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Refunds
Each piece is individually 3D printed and made to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Replacements
Replacements are available only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
⚠️ Please note: small variations and subtle surface quirks are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
How to Request a Replacement
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process your replacement and keep you updated.
